Watch: Dogs Dress Up In Christmas Outfits

FESTIVE PUPS: Dogs showed off their festive best during a parade in Lima, Peru Thursday (12/17). Owners dressed their pups in hats, bells, and other Christmas-themed costumes. Organizers said the event also raised awareness that fireworks during the holidays can make dogs anxious.
