Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Stalking, Attempted Rape

Tulsa police arrested a man who they said broke into the homes of two different women and tried to rape one of them.

Police said Jesse Moore broke into a home near TU'S campus, woke up a woman, and threatened to kill her if she said anything.

They said he tried to sexually assault her, but she bit him and screamed, which scared him off.

Police said their investigation showed Moore has stalked her for days before he broke into her home.

Two days later, police said another woman reported a similar break-in at her home.

Detectives said video showed Moore has stalked her for about five weeks beforehand.

Police arrested Moore for attempted rape, burglary, stalking, and peeping Tom.
