2nd Victim Identified In Muskogee Apartment Shooting

Muskogee police have identified the second victim who was killed in a shooting last week.

Police say 18-year-old Benjamin Clyde Whaley was shot and killed Tuesday, December 22nd at the apartment complex on South York Street along with 19-year-old Malski Hill. Two others were injured during the shooting but Muskogee police say they do not have any more information at this time. So far, no arrests have been made.
