Tulsa Police Looking For Two Carjacking Suspects

Tulsa Police are searching for two suspects they said carjacked someone and at one point a gun went off as police chased them Wednesday afternoon.

Police said they got a call around 3:30 p.m. of a carjacking at Ryan’s Convenience Store near LaFortune Park. Officers said they found it around 61st and Peoria a short time later, and tried to pull it over, but the driver took off and crashed.

Police said a shot was fired as they fled the car and ran off. Police recovered the gun and they aren’t sure if the gun went off accidentally or on purpose.

Police said the stolen car has been recovered but both suspects are still at large.
