Amazing Oklahomans: Thoughtful Tulsa Students

News On 6 is recognizing some Tulsa students as our amazing Oklahomans on Monday.

A nurse at the OSU Medical Center COVID-19 ICU said the healthcare workers were having really tough shifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, treating so many severely ill patients.

Then, they received cards with the sweetest, most encouraging words in them from some local students. The nurse said these cards couldn’t have come at a better time and gave them that extra boost they needed to keep up the fight.

The nurse asked News On 6 to acknowledge the thoughtfulness of these great kids.
