OU Health Employees Celebrate After Administering 10,000th Dose Of COVID-19 Vaccine

OU Health employees in Oklahoma City celebrated a milestone on Sunday after administering their 10,000th dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The clinic's 10,000th dose was given to Doctor Patrick Butler who works at the Oklahoma Children's Hospital.

"I think it's important for healthcare providers to be involved and engaged in this process and certainly be part of the solution in terms of building confidence in the use of vaccines to help us move forward on COVID," said Dr. Butler.

Sunday's shot was Dr.Butler's second dose of the vaccine.
