Prosecutors Charge Man Suspected Of Shooting Man In Neck

Prosecutors charged a man suspected of shooting another man at a liquor store last month.

Tulsa County Deputies said Paul Miller shot a man in the neck near 17th and Southwest Boulevard on Christmas Eve.

A deputy spotted Miller yesterday, but said he ran from the deputy so was tased and then taken into custody.

Miller is in jail for shooting with intent to kill and resisting arrest.
