Sen. Lankford Criticizes Pause Of Border Wall Construction

Oklahoma Senator James Lankford criticized President Joe Biden’s executive order pausing construction of the wall along the southern U.S. border.

He said it “sends a dangerous message to the cartels in Mexico, that this administration will not do everything possible to deter their illegal trafficking of drugs or people.”

The Biden administration said the project is a waste of money that distracts from real threats to national security.
