Tulsa Man Admits To Shooting, Killing Man In December 2019

A Tulsa man admitted to shooting and killing another man at a home near 31st and Highway 169.

Tuesday, 34-year-old Jermaine Cooper pleaded guilty to manslaughter and possession of a firearm as a conviction felon. Cooper shot Jannai Simien after the two men got into an argument in December 2019.

Cooper was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
