Man Charged In Tulsa Shooting

A gang member is facing charges for shooting a man outside the OYO Hotel near Archer and Sheridan .

Cordney Bell is charged with shooting with intent to kill and illegal possession of a firearm.

Police said the victim confronted Bell earlier this month in the hotel parking lot about his stolen vehicle, which led to a confrontation and then escalated to the shooting.

Bell is a known member of the Hoover Crips gang.
