Nasa Deep Space Food Challenge

NASA and the Canadian Space Agency are teaming up to create the "Deep Space Food Challenge."

The agency wants to reward teams who can determine how future space explorers can grow fresh food, instead of relying on freeze dried meals.

Anyone who submits a potential solution could win part of a $500,000 prize.
