Bixby Police Arrest Man They Say Killed His Grandmother

Bixby Police arrested a man Thursday they said killed his grandmother because he heard voices in his head.

Officers said 27-year-old Dalton Hill confessed that Wednesday afternoon, he placed his grandmother in a chokehold and the two of them fell to the floor in the scuffle. They said Hill continued to choke her and he told them he knew she was dead because he checked her pulse after. Investigators said Hill then washed his hands and left.

Police said Hill told them he had no motive for killing his grandmother other than the “voices in his head.”

Hill was arrested on a first-degree murder charge.
