City Of Tulsa Crews Work To Repair Nearly 90 Water Line Breaks

Tulsa crews are working tirelessly to get to nearly 90 water line breaks around the city that are leaving some people without water.

Those nearly 90 water line breaks crews are working to repair are happening because of the frigid temperatures.

The water department said nearly 50 breaks have been called in since Monday morning, the rest over the weekend.

Crews are working in 12-hour shifts and there are currently eight water crews working on those breaks.

The city brought in an additional six emergency contractors to help try to keep up with the high volume of breaks.
