As winter weather makes its way across most of Oklahoma, rolling blackouts have begun for thousands across the state.

Oklahoma Secretary of Energy and Environment, Kenneth Wagner, joined the News On 6 team via phone call to discuss the Southwest Power Pool and what has led to rolling blackouts.

As of 10 a.m., there are 193,000 customers without power across the state.
