Planned Power Outages Possible Through Thursday, Southwest Power Pool Says

Oklahoma's electric power grid operator, the Southwest Power Pool, orders more planned outages Tuesday morning after declaring another level 3 emergency alert.

The SPP said planned power outages will happen across Oklahoma until early Thursday.

The Southwest Power Pool manages the grid in 14 states that stretches from North Dakota to the Texas panhandle.
