Alligators Take Winter Nap In Southeastern Oklahoma

WOW: The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation shared these photos of young alligators frozen in southeastern Oklahoma.

The alligators are in brumation, which is similar to hibernation but in cold-blooded animals.

So, they are safe, and just taking a winter's nap.
