Tulsa Man Arrested After Locking Himself Inside Hotel Room

A man is in jail after police say he locked himself in a hotel room and refused to come out.

Tulsa Police say they arrested Kaleb Woods Friday night around 8:40 at the Rest Inn near I-244 and Admiral Place. Officer says he was inside the hotel room with a woman. The clerk at the motel told officers Woods jammed the door of the hotel room shut and was refusing to come out. Arrest According to TPD, Woods was wanted on a felony warrant related to an armed robbery conviction.

Woods was arrested on his warrant, and officers say he also had heroin in his pocket and a gun in his backpack. Police say the woman was released after motel staff declined to pursue charges.
