Tulsa Police Arrest Man They Say Shot, Killed Driver

Tulsa Police arrested a man they said shot and killed another man while driving in Tulsa.

Police said 35-year-old Casey Davis shot and killed 37-year-old Joshua Hurd.

On February 9, police were called to a car crash near 14th and Lewis. When officers got there, they discovered Hurd was shot in the head.

They believe he lost control and crashed his car after he was shot.
