People living in Tulsa are no longer under a voluntary boil order. Most water breaks have been repaired after major damage from the freeze.

People living in Tulsa are no longer under a voluntary boil order. Most water breaks have been repaired after major damage from the freeze.

That damage is costing city taxpayers between $4 and $5 million, with as many breaks in 10 days as the city usually has in a year.
