Major Water Damage Closes 2 Sand Springs Schools For Repairs

Students at two schools in Sand Springs won’t be able to return to their building for weeks because of major water damage from ruptured pipes.

The district said about 80 percent of Angus Valley Elementary will need restoration work. The early childhood education center also has water damage.

Those students will stay in distance learning until March 22, the first day after spring break.
