Tulsa Firefighters Respond To House Fire Near I-44, Peoria

Tulsa firefighters are on the scene of a house fire Wednesday morning near Interstate 44 and Peoria.

According to authorities, firefighters responded around 4 a.m. after a neighbor heard what they believe to be a loud explosion and saw the home in flames.

The initial investigation indicates that the fire may have been caused by a propane heater in the garage of the home.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
