Man Involved In January Shooting Arrested In Texas, Brought Back To Tulsa To Face Charges

A man wanted for a shooting at a Tulsa gas station in January is now in custody. Police said 19 year-old Justus Beach is in jail for shooting with intent to kill after he shot and injured another man at the One Stop convenience store near 41st and 129th east avenue. Arrest records show Beach was arrested in Texas and brought back to Tulsa County to face charges.
