A special disposition docket for criminal cases is taking place at the Cox Business Center in downtown Tulsa. This is for cases previously suspended because of a rise in COVID-19 cases.
More than 400 criminal cases in Tulsa County have been identified for possible disposition. The Tulsa County Courthouse said only defendants called to this docket are allowed to come.
A combination including the offices of the District Attorney, public defender and court clear will be in attendance.
Defendants will enter the building through the east doors. Deputies and bailiffs will be on scene to enforce a mask policy and physical distancing efforts to keep everyone safe.
Defendants will arrive at specific times depending on the start of their last name;
