A Tulsa woman is accused of smashing a car windshield with a tire iron as she was driving. Tulsa police say it happened at a convenience store near 61st Street and Peoria Thursday night.
Police said the victim told officers Davionna Barnes was driving about 10 miles an hour while leaning out her window and swinging a tire iron, trying to hit other cars.
Police said this all happened at about 7 p.m., when the victim told them Barnes hit her front windshield with the tire iron, causing part of it to shatter.
The victim said some glass fell into her eye, but she was not seriously hurt.
Surveillance video from Peoria Mart shows officers talking to a woman and eventually putting her inside their cruiser.
Mohammed Khan was working at the convenience store at the time and said he saw what was happening from his cameras.
"When I was cleaning my car then I seen the police arresting her and took her in the police car,” said Khan.
Barnes is being held in the Tulsa County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon.
