Victim Identified After Shooting Suspect Turns Self Into Tulsa Police

One person is dead after an argument turned into a shooting, Tulsa police said.

The shooting happened just before 11 a.m. Sunday at an America's Best Value Inn near Memorial and East 31st Street.

The victim was identified as 28-year-old Kyle Buck. Buck was shot in the upper torso.

The suspected shooter fled the scene, but later called police, admitted to the crime and turned himself into authorities.

Homicide detectives are on scene and investigating the incident.
