The COVID-19 pandemic hit small businesses particularly hard, and it kept entrepreneurs and those looking to start a small business from even getting off the ground.
But the largest bank in the country just announced it's investing a quarter of a million dollars in Tulsa and Tulsa businesses to help them recover and get going.
