1 In Custody After Jurisdiction Release; Officials Searching For 2nd Murder Suspect

U.S. Marshals said Dakota Buzzard is in custody in Grove Monday.

Buzzard and his father James Buzzard were charged with first-degree murder in 2019. A judge recently dismissed the case due to the Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction and the men were released from the Delaware County Jail.
