Tulsa Police arrested a convicted sex offender, accused of exposing himself at a school bus stop in front of several young children and a couple adults.
Steven Robinson was booked into jail for three counts of lewd proposal to a minor and two counts of indecent exposure. It happened near 21st and Mingo.
Police said Robinson denied the allegations.
Records show he was convicted in Mayes County in 2000 for lewd molestation. They show he was convicted again in 2011 and again in 2014 in Tulsa County for failing to register as a sex offender.
