Tulsa Police say a man is now in custody after threatening to blow up a Tulsa Transit bus overnight.

Police say Steven Worchester got on a bus Monday night near 71st and Memorial and started talking about blowing it up. When the bus got near Saint Francis Hospital police say Worchester showed the bus driver a backpack with wires sticking out of it. The driver then ran for help and called the police.

When officers arrived they found Worchester in the driver's seat of the bus and where able to take into custody. The Tulsa Police Bomb Squad investigated the bag and say the wires were from a spiral note book.

Worchester is a tribal member so the FBI is now handling the case.
