Chelsea Dungee’s basketball journey took her from Sapulpa High School, to Oklahoma, to the University of Arkansas and now to the WNBA.
Dungee was selected fifth overall in the WNBA draft by the Dallas Wings. She was the SEC’s leading scorer last season at just over 22 points a game.
Now, the dream continues as a professional.
“I came from a small town, being so close to Oklahoma and to Arkansas means so much to me, I’m so happy that Dallas picked me. I can’t even describe the feeling, but like I said, anything is possible,” Dungee said.
