Tulsa Police spent hours outside a home near 89th E Avenue and Pine Street Monday after police were responding to a call about a man pointing a weapon at someone in the home.

Now the FBI is looking for the man and has taken over the case because of tribal jurisdiction.

Tulsa Police said no one was hurt, but they said they have a couple of victims because of the weapon involved. TPD did not say what the weapon was.

TPD said the FBI has taken over the case, and they are looking for a 65-year-old man named Darrell Osborn.

Police said this all started with a domestic fight around midnight. Police used gas and other tactics to try to get Osborn out of the house.

TPD Captain Richard Meulenberg said hours later, officers learned Osborn was already gone.

"When we got here we had learned that the people in the home were victims of a crime from the suspect. And the weapon, I can't get into too many details. No one was injured. But the weapon was a key part in how they were victims of a crime,” Meulenberg said.

If you have any information about where Darrell Osborn is, call TPD or the FBI.
