Text Us! Here's How You Can Join The News On 6 Texting Communities

In an effort to maximize the impact of our mission -- to keep Oklahomans safe, informed and entertained -- we have created some texting communities for you to have access to our newsroom and for our newsrooms to be able to connect with you.

This is just a fancy way of saying you can text us, and that we may text you back!

In Tulsa, we have three communities you can join:

News On 6: Text us at 918-393-3225. You can text whatever you'd like to us, and the Community system will walk you through the sign up process. There is no cost associated with this outside of whatever your mobile provider charges for texting.

Lori Fullbright: Text her at 918-203-6557. The same process applies for her community. And, yes, it's really Lori texting you!

Travis Meyer: You can text Travis at 918-393-2642. Yes, it's really Travis. In a severe weather situation, it could be anybody on the News On 6 weather team texting you or answering your questions. But the vast majority of the time, it is Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer.

How cool is that? Join one of the communities, or join them all!
