The Broken Arrow Police Department said some people woke up in the dark after a non-injury crash involving a power pole.

This happened near East Kenosha Street between 230th and 234th East Avenue.

Police said the driver fell asleep behind the wheel and crashed into the power pole.

As of Sunday morning, the road is closed while crews work to restore the power.

Drivers are urged to take an alternate route.
