Most Wanted: Tulsa County Man Fails To Register As Sex Offender

U.S. Marshals need help finding this week's Most Wanted Monday Suspect.

Marshals say Victor "Buddy" Champion is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender in Tulsa County. They say Champion has a history of sexual battery and has also used the names "George Patten" "Robert Patten" and "Buddy Champion."
