Suspect In Custody After Chase Ends With Crash Near Catoosa Softball Field

A man is in Oklahoma Highway Patrol custody after a chase ended with a crash at the I-44, Route 66 split in Catoosa.

OHP said a man was driving a stolen pickup pulling a trailer loaded with equipment. The chase ended near the softball field at Catoosa High School.

The high school was briefly on lockdown while police chased the suspect down, but he never got over to the school.
