A woman is suing two Tulsa Police officers, the City of Tulsa, and former President Donald Trump after she claims she was wrongfully removed from Trump's campaign rally last summer.

Sheila Buck says she reserved a ticket to the rally and was arrested while sitting outside the BOK Center in protest. Trump's campaign requested her removal because staffers say she was in a secure area of the rally. Her attorney says the campaign legally could not remove her and police could not arrest her because staffers did not acquire a permit to block off public street access and create a private area.

Buck was charged with obstruction of justice.
