The new 11-story building originally intended to be home of WPX Energy in downtown Tulsa hosted a topping out ceremony.

"Topping Out" refers to the final beam being installed during a construction project. Mayor G.T. Bynum signed the final beam on Thursday and the City of Tulsa says the building is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. The office and commercial space are expected to be ready for third-party tenants during the first quarter of 2022.
