Our friend Carolyn Piguet from Piguet's Prime Time is back in our kitchen to show us how to make grilled chicken legs just in time for summer backyard cookouts.

Grilled Chicken Legs

  1. 1 lb of chicken legs
  2. 2 tbsp. Garlic powder
  3. 2 tsp. Onion powder
  4. 2 tsp. Brown sugar
  5. 1 tsp. Paprika
  6. 1 tsp. Chili powder
  7. ½ tsp. Chipolte powder
  8. ½ tsp. Salt
  9. ¼ tsp. Black pepper
  10. Preheat your grill to 425

  1. Prepare dry rub by mixing all spices in a medium bowl.
  2. Spread about 1-2 tsp. Of dry rub on each leg to get it fully coated
  3. Spray grill with cooking spray and grill chicken legs at 425 for
  4. 15-20 minutes and check the internal temperature to make sure it reaches 165. You will need to stay with legs and rotate them often.
  5. Easy grilled onions
  6. 4 large vidalia onions
  7. 1 stick of butter (room temperature)
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Head country seasoning
  10. Preheat grill to medium heat
  11. Cut onion top and backtail so onion can sit flat. Peel the onion. Make a hollow cone like shape in the center of the onion – do not go all the way to the bottom.
  12. Add the butter and seasoning to the cavity. Wrap foil around it and form a tent at top.
  13. Place on the grill over direct heat and cover the grill. Cook for 30 minutes until onions are soft.
