The White House is planning to give $82 million to U.S. Attorneys, FBI Agents, and U.S. Marshals in Oklahoma to help with the added caseload after the Supreme Court's ruling on tribal jurisdiction.

The Oklahoman is reporting that the U.S. Justice Department has requested an additional $33 million for the three U.S. Attorneys' offices in Oklahoma. The Department of Justice has also requested about $26 million more for FBI operations and nearly $9 million for U.S. Marshals.

If approved the money would arrive in early October.
