Large Meth Distribution Network Busted By Authorities In Lawton

A large methamphetamine distribution network was busted and 18 people were arrested in connection with the case, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control reported.

The distribution network was dismantled as part of a multi-agency investigation in Comanche County.

“Over the past several months, we identified an organization capable of moving multiple pounds of meth onto the streets of Lawton on a routine basis. Ronnie Davis, the main target of the investigation, had several associates who would help distribute the drugs and collect the money,” OBN spokesman Mark Woodward said.

Twelve pounds of meth was found during a search of a storage unit belonging to Davis.

Davis, 42, was on federal probation for previous crimes.

The other 17 people arrested were identified as: Jermaine Omar Davis, 41; Jeffery Allen Dickson, 43; Jennifer F. Pollock, 38; Brooks Ann M. Smith, 40; Joshua A. Imotichey, 38; Gaylyn T. Martin, 44; Litzie Camacho, 41; Ashton Kate Shields, 26; Ericka S. M. Halstied, 38; Cory Dean Akers, 25; Brandon L. McConnell, 41; Tanesha Rena Haith, 35; Madyson M. Bedell, 19; Bryan O'Neal Rhodes, 36; Jonathan Ross Washa, 38; Melissa Dawn Collins, 36; and Brad Andrew Peterson, 57.

The agencies involved in the investigation were the OBN, the Comanche County Sheriff's Department, the District III and District IV Drug Task Forces, Elgin Police Department and the Federal Office of Probation and Parole.
