Fallen Tulsa Police Officer Remembered One Year Later

It’s been one year since Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson and Officer Aurash Zarkeshan were shot during a traffic stop. The TPD Foundation is raising money to send Sgt. Johnson's family, Officer Zarkeshan and the Tulsa Police Honor Guard to Washington DC this October when Sgt. Johnson's name will be added to the Fallen Officers Memorial. State Historic Preservation Office Hosts 3 Virtual Workshops

The State Historic Preservation Office will host three virtual workshops starting next week.

The workshops will focus on the Historic Preservation Tax Incentives Program.

The workshops will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. starting Wednesday, July 7 through Friday, July 9.

The Tax incentive program is meant to encourage investments in rehabilitation and re-use of historic buildings.
