The Tulsa man who killed a mother of five while driving drunk in 2019 will spend 11 years in federal prison.
37-year-old Hector Hernandez was sentenced Tuesday, after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in March.
His blood alcohol level was 0.25 when he crashed head-on into 46-year-old Jennifer Holt in Broken Arrow. Documents say he was running from a different accident when the crash happened.
