Tulsa County and Northeastern Oklahoma are seeing a spike in COVID-19 numbers. Part of that is to blame on hot spots from places like Springfield and Joplin, Missouri that are spreading the virus across state lines.
Tulsa Health Department Executive Director Dr. Bruce Dart joined the 6 in the Morning team to talk more about the increase in cases.
