Sequoya County prosecutors filed charges on Friday against the man suspected of shooting two Good Samaritans near Vian.

Sequoya County prosecutors filed charges on Friday against the man suspected of shooting two Good Samaritans near Vian.

Lee King is charged with two counts of shooting with intent to kill.

According to the OSBI, King shot two men who were helping him get gas. Both victims are expected to recover from their injuries.

King is also suspected of a carjacking in Oklahoma City that took place before the shooting.

U.S. Marshals arrested King in Dallas on Thursday. He is now awaiting extradition back to Oklahoma.
