Veteran Salute: Dean Horton

Dean Horton served during the Vietnam War. Horton is now a barrel racer, and at 72, was the oldest barrel racer at the Cavalcade rodeo in Pawhuska earlier this month.

He was nominated by his brother, who said Dean is nice to everyone he meets.
