Green Country Softball Team Punches Ticket To Little League Softball World Series

A Green Country 12 and under Softball Team punched their ticket to the Little League Softball World Series.

The team swept Texas in Waco to win their regional on Thursday. The top two teams from each region head to North Carolina for the World Series. The team is based in Muskogee but has players from all across the Tulsa area. They are back in Green Country now before playing their first World Series game against New Jersey on August 11th.

The tournament will run through the 18th in Greenville.

The team is raising money through a Go Fund Me page to help with travel expenses and equipment.
