Man Charged With Burglary, Sex Crimes Faces New Charges Due To Trouble In Jail

A Tulsa man who is already facing federal sex offense charges is now looking at new charges, after getting into trouble while in jail.

Jesse Moore has been in jail since December, after being charged with breaking into three different homes and trying to sexually assault one of the victims. Investigators said surveillance video helped track him down.

While in jail, prosecutors said Moore used the jail’s video phone service to communicate with an underage girl and repeatedly asked her for sexually explicit photos and videos. They said he also asked her to engage in sexual behavior during their video chats.

Prosecutors said Moore was set to plead guilty to the previous charges, but it was delayed when the new charges were added.
