Friday, the music returns to the BOK with the 1st concert in 17 months. Because of the pandemic, there will be a lot of health precautions in place. Crews were working hard to set up the stage, after a long dry spell of not having any concerts here.

It's been a long 17 months. It has put a lot of things into perspective you know we were able to really figure out why we want to work here, why I want to work here. What we love about this place and what makes it so special," said Hannah Baker.
When she was furloughed, Hannah Baker traded in concerts and sporting events for real estate. She's one of the hundreds of employees who are happy to be back at work.
"These events like this is why we all work here and work long hours and late nights and weekends and really it's just a testimony to not only how much love and passion that our staff has for these events but really just also for Tulsa," said Evan Falat.
The crew was preparing the stage for the Alan Jackson concert, which was originally supposed to happen in March of 2020. Evan Falat is the Interim General Manager and said while the venue has held PBR and a few other events, this is the first event at 100% capacity.
"Obviously this is a lot different when we're at 100% capacity and the big thing for us to is just that health and safety is the biggest priority for us these days. So with our corporate office a s m global we've put together very enhanced health and safety plan," said Falat.
