It's been so hot for so long that wildlife experts said it's killed a lot of striped bass in Keystone Lake.
The State Wildlife Department said this is one of the biggest fish kills for striped bass in recent history. They said cooler weather and more rain in previous summers helped the fish grow, and the bigger fish have trouble with the Oklahoma heat.
"We brought striped bass here from the Atlantic Ocean. They are not supposed to be here," Josh Johnston with the Wildlife Department said.
Experts said rainfall, or a few days of cooler weather could help alleviate the issue.
