District Attorney David Prater plans to motion for the recusal of another Pardon and Parole Board Member on Monday.

DA Prater claims that Scott Williams should be disqualified from further proceedings involving inmate Julius Jones because he allegedly has a conflict of interest and bias due to business ties with a known Jones supporter.

The DA says this makes Williams partial to the case.

This marks the third motion asking for a Pardon and Parole Board Members recusal from the proceedings.

On Friday, a Supreme Court referee denied the disqualification of board member Kelly Doyle and chairman Adam Luck.
